1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and d444 ("d444", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at d444.vu and any associated mobile or web applications.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the d444 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them. d444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time specified by d444 will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access d444's gaming products, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested by d444. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your d444 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. d444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to add an additional layer of security.

You must notify d444 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised. d444 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Account Name and Ownership

Your d444 account must be registered in your own legal name. Account sharing, transfer, or sale to any third party is strictly prohibited. d444 accounts are non-transferable and may not be used by anyone other than the registered account holder. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder — deposits and withdrawals from third-party payment accounts are not permitted.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

d444 conducts KYC verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. d444 may request KYC documentation at any point, including prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents typically include: government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

d444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods:

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, and vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within your d444 account dashboard and in the cashier section. d444 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice to users.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

d444 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any specific terms applicable to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered d444 accounts only. d444 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on d444, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that product.

6.2 Obvious Errors

d444 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or prices that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure ("palpable error"). In such cases, d444 will notify affected users and return the original stake to their account balance.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. d444 reserves the right to limit the stakes of any individual player on any market at its sole discretion, including without prior notice.

6.4 Cancelled and Void Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned prior to completion, bets will be settled in accordance with d444's published settlement rules for that sport. In general, bets on cancelled events are voided and stakes returned, unless d444's rules for that sport explicitly state otherwise.

6.5 RNG Certification

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the d444 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balances held at the time of closure:

• Registering more than one d444 account, whether under your own name or a false identity
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Using d444 for any form of money laundering or criminal financial activity
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with d444
• Accessing d444 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated manipulation of sports markets
• Systematic arbitrage betting across d444's markets where prohibited by individual product terms
• Sharing account access with any other person or allowing minors to access d444 through your account
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing d444 staff or other platform users
• Any conduct that d444 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to d444's operations

d444 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant regulatory authorities. Where prohibited conduct is identified, d444 may report the matter to relevant authorities, including financial intelligence units, without prior notice to the account holder.

8. Responsible Gaming

d444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products. d444 recognises that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all d444 registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps directly from your d444 account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the d444 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any d444 content or services.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

d444's collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data is governed by the d444 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using d444, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

d444 collects personal data solely for legitimate purposes including account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, customer support, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring. d444 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d444's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your d444 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

d444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if d444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

d444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. d444 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or pandemic conditions.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by d444

d444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, violation of responsible gaming policies, or at d444's reasonable discretion for operational or regulatory reasons.

12.2 Termination by User

You may close your d444 account at any time by contacting d444 customer support. Upon account closure, any verified PKR balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, your licence to use the d444 platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply indefinitely following account closure.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

13.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding d444's services, you should contact d444 customer support in the first instance via live chat or by emailing support at d444.vu. d444 will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. Complex complaints may require additional time, and d444 will communicate timelines to affected users.

13.2 Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through d444's internal process, you may have the right to escalate the matter to d444's applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution process, subject to the jurisdiction under which d444 operates at the time of the dispute.

13.3 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which d444 holds its operating licence. You agree that any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated by d444's licensing framework.

14. Amendments to These Terms

d444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, d444 will notify registered users by email to their registered address and/or by prominent notice within the d444 platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

If you continue to use d444 after the effective date of any amendment, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using d444 and close your account. d444 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
